Abstract
This lessons learned study delves into the collaborative venture between Reynolds Community College and Alchemy/Alchemy, aimed at designing high-quality online courses. The partnership sought to leverage Alchemy's expertise in course design to enhance the overall online learning experience at Reynolds. This paper highlights key insights, challenges faced, and successful strategies employed. The findings shed light on the impact of the partnership on course quality, student engagement, and faculty development.
