Abstract

Due to the numerous areas of growth and further understanding over the past five year period, the growth in the hardware and software tools available for use within the course structure, as well as the inclination of university faculty facilitating methods coursework and the inclination of these faculty to integrate technology at a growing rate, the teacher education technology course must be revised to maintain the leading edge of appropriate and successful technological inclusion. Further, over the previous three- to five-year period there has been an unprecedented growth in Web-based and Web-enhanced coursework.
