Abstract

Abstract: While a great deal of time and energy has gone into providing "how-to" sessions on various computer technology programs, research shows that there has been very little change in the method of curriculum delivery the classroom. Hence, there is a need for a qualitatively different type of curriculum and technology centered staff development. This paper presents a method of planning for a technology-rich curriculum-centered staff development and focuses on the essential elements that must be present in the delivery of a staff development so that there will be sustained technology use in classroom teaching.
