Abstract
This research investigated, from the perception of the employer, the quality of online Postsecondary education. The research, quantitative in nature, addressed the primary research question: "Are online Postsecondary colleges and universities achieving the same level of quality of education as their traditional counterparts as perceived by employers?" To investigate this research question, the researcher used an original survey instrument which was implemented online. Two human resource managers from each of the top 100 United States companies (based on revenue) were invited to participate in the survey. The respondents rated the quality of education of both traditional college graduates and college graduates that earned their degrees online. Data gathered from the survey was analyzed using Paired-Samples t test and the statistical relevance of the findings clearly show that there is not statistical difference in the perceptions of the quality of education obtained by graduates from online colleges and universities when compared to graduates from traditional colleges and universities.
