Abstract
This contribution aims at reflecting on which management pedagogies are relevant, appropriate but problematic in a Post Digital Age. Insights will be gathered from an ongoing project at LUISS Business School aimed at engaging the faculty in a broad transformational process to evolve its teaching practice, in order to best respond to the adult learners changing needs. Stimulus will be given on the need for professors and trainers to shift their teacher-centric approach, in contexts of continuous digital transformation, to become effective learner-centric facilitators instead.
