Abstract

In this session, you will learn about leadership efforts to motivate and support faculty resistive to incorporating online learning in their teacher education courses. You will hear about initiatives such as college grants, collegial mentoring, and program improvement efforts that have helped faculty get on board with online teaching. We have learned the best motivator to promoting online instruction is to connect faculty passion with supporting opportunities that online learning can provide.
