Abstract

This paper describes the efforts of a small state in the Caribbean to integrate computers into the teaching and learning process. It describes the training that was offered to teachers to prepare them for the process of integrating computers into their classroom practices and looks at some of the challenges and outcomes related to that training. It explores these ideas and situates them in the context of a small state.
