Abstract

This research consisted of a case study of undergraduate pre-service teachers enrolled in a four-year private college in northeast, Ohio. A group of thirteen pre-service teachers were invited to participate in this study. They were asked to implement iPads into their teaching during an after-school program at a public elementary school. Participants were given a pre and post-test and they were asked to predict and report on the perceived benefits, as well as challenges, of using iPads in the field experience.
