Abstract
Technology adaptation in the teaching and learning process is a plan-in-progress, not a finished goal. The move goes from the traditional, to hybrid, and to fully-online mode of instruction. Such move may redefine the quality of teaching in the academe. Koehler & Mishra’s Technology, Pedagogy and Content knowledge approach (TPCK) and The Three Universal Processes of the Juran’s Quality Trilogy: quality planning, control and implementation, guided the 162 tertiary students of Centro Escolar University in the quality assessment of the hybrid mode of instruction deployment, specifically, the parameter and reference. The study is a cyclic assessment of the level of hybrid adaptation, knowledge competency and quality improvement matrix to make the hybrid mode of instruction deployment standard, flawless, and both efficient and effective to enhance student learning.
