Abstract

This paper proposes a method to record the learning process in virtual experiential learning system constructed on the metaverse which is three dimensional (3D) and virtual living space in the Internet. The metaverses let participants learn actively because they can operate 3D teaching materials using multi-media such as images and computer data. We deal Second Life as a metaverse to improve the comprehensible level of the block puzzle with color-classified dice which is an application of graph theory. We study the method to record the learning process by screenshot. The screenshot recording method is targeted to the solving procedure, the time to solve and the content of the result. Therefore, the screenshots are taken at each important scene. And we perform objective assessments to verify the effectiveness of our recording methods.
