Abstract

Faced with the injunction to spend university grant monies in a way that could bring faculty research into the undergraduate experience, Ohio State University's Technology Enhanced Learning and Research (TELR) focused on technology as the catalyst. TELR created the summer 2004 Research on Research program, in which pairs of faculty and undergraduate participated in a workshop, a seminar, and their own research to create multimedia ePortfolios showcasing the research. This session will focus on the materials necessary to replicate the program at other institutions; the uses of the ePortfolios; and the undergraduate and faculty experience in the pilot program.
