Abstract
This is a report about how the management of assessments can be improved at very low cost using readily available technologies. It began with pilot studies using classes with relatively small enrolments (100 – 200) and has now been successfully implemented in classes with enrolments of more than 1,000 students. It’s a win-win for students, academics and the administration as we save time, money and embedded research informed processes where the scale of the problem seemed overwhelming.
