Abstract

Many corporate and governmental strategists perceive virtual space mobility as merely a new communications tool to speed things up. This article argues that virtual space will revolutionize the way nations and corporations do business; introduces the concept of "diaspora" communications; and proposes World Thai Expert Link (WorldTEL) to link Thai experts abroad.
