Abstract

This paper is a study of a year-long project for classroom teachers, which focused on the transfer of technologically-based, collaborative planning to implementation in the classroom environment. The project centered around the two following objectives and outcomes: (1) Authorization to use Learn NC online resources for lesson plans and materials, following the submission of individualized lesson plans to the site; (2) Implementation and presentation of submitted lesson plan in the classroom setting, as observed by a mentor or school administrator, providing a systemic approach from an educators' workshop to integration in the student learning process.
