Abstract

In this presentation, we will review the instructional design process for design and development of an innovative e-learning course that was created to include social network elements such as video, comments and networking to enhance the learning experience. Furthermore, we will explain the important factors that need to be considered when designing and developing a course for this topic and population. Data from a recent evaluation of the course is also available as part of the review of the design process.
