Abstract
Collaborative problem solving has been suggested as a way of improving students’ statistics learning. This study investigates effects of computer supported collaboration scripts on problem-solving ability, self-efficacy, statistics anxiety, and meta-cognition. The results show no differences between students with and those without computer-supported collaboration scripts for problem-solving ability, self-efficacy, statistics anxiety, and meta-cognition. However, the meta-cognition of students without computer-supported collaboration scripts decreased significantly.
