Abstract

Discussion of the development of educational radio focuses on high school radio stations. Problems with determining an accurate number of high school radio stations are considered; and the history of one station in Buffalo (Missouri), KBFL, is described, including details of the two-year broadcasting curriculum, funding, and job placement services.
