Abstract
This brief paper will present the application of knowledge management (KM) tools in the design and development of an affective instructional unit in synchronous and asynchronous environments. The presentation will feature diagnostic instruments as scales and scenario, and will highlight the application of KM tools throughout the design/development process. Considerations of delivery systems, media attribute analysis and instructional plans will be discussed as well.
