Abstract
Abstra How can transfer or convert all classes in the world from traditional class to E-class.What are the differents between traditional and E-learning? There are a lot of various open and E-learning applications that we can be installed easily, have a wide user community & offers a complete system.these tools and sytems are assistant in teaching and learning.some of these tools or systems are easy and an inexpensive in teaching and designing.In these papper , I will explane the tools and system that do not have to high cost to use it,by:open sourse software or Cloud computing.
