Abstract
The evolution of technology and the rate of information change continue to move at a very rapid pace and have changed the online instructional delivery arena. It is a vital time to evaluate the effectiveness of audience specific e-learning instructional design and delivery strategies to determine if they are aligned with the needs of course participants. It is also imperative to ensure that course participants are being engaged and motivated in the online learning process to ensure that they are able to understand and apply material to their own lives and shift their attitudes in ways that will help them remain as successful as possible. The objective of this session is to share best practices on designing innovative e-learning courses using web-enabled formative evaluation processes.
