Abstract
Peer learning refers to the learning process while learners share their knowledge and experiences with one another. It provides a mutual communication among learners to spread new ideas. On the other side, applying Instructional Design (ID) as a systematic approach can be used as one of the best ways to demonstrate the process of teaching and learning activities. Most of the instructional designers have used one or more learning theories which shape their model. Based on the theories, ID reflects the characteristics of each approach. This study tries to introduce the BarterTerms! Website which has been developed based on peer learning (Discussion model) by applying the Hybrid ID model. It shows all the process for developing web-based learning activity based on Hybrid ID model.
