Abstract
Experts from two different countries cooperated to design and develop this questionnaire, namely Germany and Taiwan. Through this pilot study analysis and formal investigation, researchers revised the prior Mak's (2000) questionnaire. The methods of analysis include expert content validity, item analysis, test of homogeneity, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis. Finally, researchers bring up the new attitudes questionnaire toward students’ use innovative information technology for learning.
