Abstract
This is a pilot study exploring student learning performance when using instructional technology designed by following the ADDIE model, and it investigated the reliability of the researcher created instrument. This study was conducted with college level cosmetology students in southeastern Idaho, USA. A researcher created student achievement examination was used to examine students' learning performance. Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the internal consistency of the researcher created student achievement examination. Further, suggestions are provided for future research.
