Abstract

The growth of Web-based instructions and flexible delivery in higher education may lead to increased use of online course evaluation methods. This paper explores the feasibility and usability of using the Web as a survey tool to collect online learners' information for online educators. Development and evaluation of a dynamic adaptive Web survey system for online educators are presented. Features and issues of Web survey are also discussed.
