Abstract

Abstract: Guided by a vision of teaching and learning in a dynamic, responsive environment, The University initiated a transformational change focused on teaching, learning and technology. This presentation will provide university faculty and their leaders with the conceptual framework and resulting action steps we have undertaken to move this change forward. A Force Field Analysis will be used to understand both the driving and restraining forces involved in our change process. Also, the core variables of the project will be examined through a structure model. Discussion will address numerous system framework outcomes that evolved out of the project including Teaching, Learning and Technology Center (TLTC), Faculty Roundtable, Individual Professional Partnerships for faculty, Academic Program Partnerships and tools to facilitate the development off on-line learning.
