Abstract

This study is designed to investigate the implementation of a service-learning project in an instructional technology course. To enhance students' academic learning and their sense of civic responsibility, a service-learning module is integrated into the course. The questions investigated are: (a) In what way, does the service-learning project enhance students' academic learning? (b) How do the clients, whom the students provide support, rate the quality of students' services? (c) What are the students' perceptions regarding this service-learning project?
