Abstract

Technology is best utilized as a tool for exploring the foundational objects and exploring and varying the underlying nature of the object upon which the abstracted mathematical symbol is constructed. When this is done appropriately it can serve to elicit the formation of selected concepts. This paper will serve to illustrate how the symbolic computer can serve to create psychologically foundational mathematical objects of thought for the learning.
