Abstract

The use of the World Wide Web is increasing across the world. Statistics from a variety of sources report that the number of users and the amount of usage are both increasing. Yet, one of the biggest downfalls of the Web is its ability to deliver full-screen high-quality graphics. This article will highlight a vector-based animation technology designed for the Web as well as how it can be used within educational materials to deliver high-quality graphics.
