Abstract
This poster session will provide people with an update on the research and development of simSchool, a "flight simulator" for teachers. Recent pilots have shown promise for the simulator in preservice and teacher development. A new FIPSE funded research and development project is now getting underway, which will advance the simulator's capabilities and field-tested results. The poster session will share these developments.
