Abstract
Abstract: We draw from research on the culture of higher education to describe the process of technology diffusion within a large teacher education program. We followed the activities of a small, diverse group of individuals administering a PT3 grant with the goal of diffusing technology across a large TE program. We conducted in-depth interviews with key informants, conducted observations and collected artifacts. We discuss the implications of this work for other colleges of education with similar cultural milieus.
