Abstract

The purpose of the digital training is to offer more opportunities for faculty to begin transitioning course content from the traditional classroom into the Learner Management System (LMS) with pedagogy enhancing software by offering course content specific conversion facilitation. The training incorporates strategies to enhance student learning by creating a common interface with LMS, teaching software, faculty course content, and introducing Adult Learning principles into the delivery of the modules. This article is intended to stimulate reflections on professional development programs and activities that might support faculty in the transition process from traditional to online courses.
