Abstract

The study examines pre-service teachers’ experiences in delivering a traditional-classical fairy tale using the Multimedia Builder software, in other words an e-fairy tale. A case study approach was employed, collecting qualitative data through classroom observations and focus groups. The results focus on pre-service teachers’ reactions, opinions, experience, and difficulties revealed while using the MMB as an educational tool. Given the above, students’ and teachers’ role, the new learning environment developed and the role of the public and private universities are discussed. Finally, the concept of developing multiliteracies through an e-fairy tale is being explained.
