The aim of the paper is to provide a preliminary analysis of the economic dynamics of corporate e-learning activities. Due to its capabilities to distribute training and critical information to multiple locations easily and conveniently, corporate e-learning is gaining increasing relevance and achieving broad diffusion worldwide. As a result, corporate e-learning may play a significant role in fostering human capital accumulation and in promoting economic growth and development. The present research is meant to address corporate e-learning penetration among the European countries. In this regard, we test a regression model to assess the implementation of corporate e-learning in EU countries.
