Abstract
The College of Education and Human Development (COEHD) at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) was awarded a Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) grant by the US Department of Education. The grant, known locally as Tech*Connect, is a project dedicated to integrating technology into teaching and learning in the COEHD. The purpose of this study was to determine if there had been any measurable change in the beliefs, attitudes and uses of educational technology by teacher preparation faculty through the efforts of the grant activities. Data was collected from faculty in a pre/post design and analyzed to determine if there had been any significant changes in technology skills and attitudes after the implementation of the PT3 grant activities.
