Wake County Public Schools /TechnologyNorth Carolina State University The purpose of this study was to examine teachers’ concerns, knowledge, and actual use of technology, and how these related to the level of technology at their school. The measurement instruments used in the study were the Computing Concerns Questionnaire (Martin, 1989) and the Teaching with Technology Instrument (TTI) (Atkins, Frink, and Viersen, 1995). The TTI has forty-six questions and can be analyzed through a bubble scanner, so that administration and analysis of the TTI can be conducted at the school or district level.
