Abstract

The supply market for E-learning development is highly fragmented with hundreds of vendors providing a wide variety of learning services including e-learning content, development and programming. Of these vendors, a large majority are small firms with less than 25 developers on staff. The challenge for most companies is to successfully navigate through the labyrinth of vendors and make the right selection in order to wisely invest their training dollars
