Abstract

Professional development has been gaining a lot of attention in education. The state of California encourages professional development a few days prior to school through financial incentives to districts. However, the primary strategy for improving the effectiveness of educators with traditional professional development strategies has not worked well. The purpose of this paper is to present a new efficient method of professional development.
