Abstract
This paper introduces a Web-based toolkit designed to assist learners with time management and learning planning in online learning or blended learning. The toolkit had been used by over 50 third-year undergraduate students from September to December 2006. The evaluation conducted with the students indicated the students welcomed the toolkit and regarded it as helpful. The toolkit could also help instructor get knowledge on students' spending of learning time across a semester through analysis of the time distribution data students inputted into the toolkit database.
