Abstract

In order to promote technology integration into K-12 classrooms, it is important that pre-service teachers feel comfortable with using technology. Past research shows that preservice teachers' motivation to learn technology is related to their level of confidence in using technology. The presenter will discuss various factors that affect the level of self-efficacy and present her research project investigating the effects of collaboration on preservice teachers' self-efficacy in technology integration.
