Abstract
This paper presents the results of a study of graduate students' electronic portfolio efforts. It reveals their attitudes toward the portfolio process, their evidence of meeting the National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers, and the support systems that were most effective in aiding them. Students in an educational technology track within a Master's in Education program completed web-based electronic portfolios and reflected not only on the technology standards but also on the electronic portfolio process. The process and web-based tools for support are also presented.
