Abstract
The purpose of this project was to improve professional collaboration, reflection, and implementation of technology through technology-enhanced mentoring during the student teaching experience. Participants in this case study included three triads of teacher candidates, cooperating teachers, and university site supervisors. Technology-enhanced mentoring was facilitated through team-building workshops, technology support, and an interactive blog. Preliminary results suggest that participants would benefit from more and perhaps different support to engage positively in a technology-enhanced mentoring relationship.
