Abstract

This presentation focuses on an on-going professional development model for the Kentucky Adult Educators Literacy Institute. This state-funded grant provides year long professional development for adult educators in teaching reading and writing. The electronic professional development model instituted allows for exemplary instruction without pulling educators away from their students. Model described and on-line databank of resources shared.
