School leaders need the ability to create, refine, and share their own professional portfolios. In this presentation we focus on the progression through the stages and our lessons learned on the way toward developing our Alaska "homegrown" version of a comprehensive electronic portfolio that was contextually appropriate for Alaska. This session will share the development, implementation, and strategic direction for this dynamic tool for school leaders.
