Abstract

This paper provides timely information on the types of design considerations, interaction activities, and evaluation techniques distance instructors should utilize more frequently to enhance their online courses. Experienced distance support personnel and seasoned distance instructors from business and industry and the university were interviewed to collect the data. The collective findings are presented along with suggestions for future directions.
