Abstract
In the last few years the need to replace existing, large, old fashioned and inflexible courses that are available in the World Wide Web with new ones, smaller, more flexible, easily adaptable to the changing needs of the educator has emerged and of course all these independent from their author. Learning objects along with LOM (Learning Object Metadata) Standards are used to work out a viable solution. Here a solution is proposed proportional to the above. The general target of the proposed solution is the creation of an integrated system for the generation of courses with reusable learning objects and the provision of an adapted multi-media environment.
