Abstract
In order to (re-)design the e-learning system with sufficient level of usability, the concept design at the early process of the design cycle is crucially important. For generating the well-defined concept, on-site information is a key and the scenario method is good for summarizing the interview data. Micro-scenario method was proposed because of its ease and efficiency compared to the conventional scenario-based design method.
