Abstract
This paper examines how mobile learning is changing the way we deliver content to learners. It briefly outlines mobile devices of the next generation before taking a detailed look at the concept of “MicroUnits”, a mobile learning approach that was developed by the authors. The paper explains how Micro Units were designed with the problems and advantages of current mobile devices in mind and how it is necessary to rethink the way we approach delivering learning content in mobile learning.
