Abstract
The Centre for the Study of Learning and Performance (CSLP) at Concordia University is a research-centre of excellence dedicated to actively collaborating with educational policy-makers and practitioners to develop and to disseminate evidence-based tools and techniques. In this paper, we describe: a technical description of the process and showcase tool we have developed and our plans for research and further development. Our aim with this project is to combine research evidence on portfolio use with practical feedback from the field, in an attempt to develop easy-to-use, powerful software designed to support the entire portfolio process.
