Cornell Cooperative Extension replaced a series of one-day seminars with a satellite broadcast, reducing travel costs, preparation, and delivery time. The audience expanded beyond New York, participants expressed high satisfaction with program quality, and videotapes of broadcasts are available for reference. (SK)
