Abstract

Abstract: This paper presents the major aspects, context, and results that will be shared from the preliminary stages of a study currently in progress. Using the lens of educational change theory and diagnostic tools provided by the Concerns-Based Adoption Model developed by Hall and Hord, multiple K-12 Apple iPad implementations have been examined for strategies, procedures, and policies that can be used to facilitate current deployments and future projects. Individual Levels of Use assessments, Stages of Concern profiles, and Configuration Maps are used to provide interventions for change facilitators and schools.
